Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation

I've been exploring yoga since I was a teenager. I can’t imagine life without it. Many of its philosophies and practices situate me ethically, strengthen me physically, and balance me emotionally...

Through 18 years of my own practice and a decade of teaching, I have gathered experience working with poeple of all different ages and abilities; through varying experiences of physical injury, stress and anxiety, insomnia, creative block, addiction and a lot more.

We're complex beings, yoga is a practice of allowance, integration, maintenance and progress.

Yoga is traditionally taught one-to-one. Working individually with a teacher enables complete tailoring of the practice to your physiological needs.
