I began practicing yoga aged 14...
and have continually returned to my mat ever since. A devotee of the Ashtanga practice for 7 years, I trained in flow yoga with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at The White Lotus Foundation in March 2014. I have since completed training in Yin Yoga, Ayurveda, and Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People, and in advanced teaching methods with Sunday School Yoga.
I trained as a yoga teacher with no intention to teach, but simply to learn a bit more about this practice I love. I soon found there is always more to discover, and so, as I committed to keep learning, I decided also to share what I learn. I began to teach more as people asked me to teach more... and so it flowed!
Through my teaching and practice I have experience working with many physical ailments and limitations, anxiety, insomnia, writers block, eating disorders and chronic stress, and have worked with all ages and levels of yoga experience.
