I've been exploring yoga since I was 14. An old book of my Grandma's started it, and, over the years, it has fixed itself firmly into my life.

Many of its philosophies and practices situate me ethically, strengthen me physically, and balance me emotionally...

I believe everyone can find something they love in yoga. For me, it is a practice of endless exploration and development of awareness; of our bodies, our minds, our world.

I first learned to teach with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at The White Lotus Foundation in March 2014.

Going into that initial training, I had no intention to teach anyone anything afterwards! I simply wanted to learn more about this practice I love.

But life has a funny way of swaying us differently, hey!

I have since completed another 600 hours of training in Yin Yoga, Ayurveda and Mandala Vinyasa with The Yoga People; in advanced teaching methods with the Emily-Clare Hill and Michael James Wong; and in Yinyasa, Yin, philosophy and advanced methodology with Mathieu Boldron, Annie Au and Dr. Ganesh Rao.

I could not be more grateful for the wisdom these wonderful people continue to inspire me with!

Yoga is traditionally taught one-to-one, and there are sooo many benefits of working personally with a teacher and just your body and mind.

Through my own practice and years of teaching, I have gathered experience working with all different ages and abilities; through physical limitations or injury, anxiety, insomnia, creative blockages, and a lot more.

We're complex beings!

a spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation.
